Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will give you complete control over your e-mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can set up a new email account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can forward email messages from one mailbox account to another, create email filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your e-mailboxes against junk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a particular mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming mails based on certain criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and select the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one email box to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just specify the mailbox account you would like to forward messages from, then select the target mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mailbox will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
